For E-BOOKS (PDF file) the shipping cost is ABSOLUTLY FREE!
I do not accept return items. I cannot accept returns/refunds on patterns because they are sent as a file.
DELIVERY TIME for E-BOOKS (using e-mail) between INSTANT and 1 DAY! (after receive payment)
Pattern will be emailed to you as a PDF to the e-mail address you have been registrate on Etsy or PayPal e-mail address within 24 hours after payment received. Please contact the shop owner and choose the address that you prefer. Also, if you wish to receive the e-book in a different e-mail address, please send me a message.
I strongly recommend to specify and the eBook Code. So you can be sure you will receive exactly what you purchased.
If you have waited past 24 hours and you have not received the pattern, please check your e-mail's junk and spam folder, and if it's not there, please contact me instant and I'll resend it again. If you still haven't received the e-book that you have purchased, it could be due to the following reasons. Is your e-mail address able to receive large attachments? Some domain address are not able to accept large files, and will reject it, that's the main reason you won't able to receive the e-books that you have purchased. Also, You must checked the spam/junk e-mail folder in your email. Sometimes they are in there. If you still have a problem receiving the e-books, feel free to contact me. I will always try my best to help.
You will need to have Adobe Reader (or a similar program) installed on your computer in order to view and/or print the PDF file. If you do not already have Adobe Reader, it can be downloaded for free at:
